1. Who processes your data

The data controller is Individual Entrepreneur Julia Mikhailovna Tonkonogova (the “Controller”). This policy applies to all personal data the Controller receives through the website jtonkonogova.com.

2. What data we collect

• Data you provide in the request form: your name, a contact (Telegram, email address or phone number) and a description of your task.
• Technical data about your visit: IP address, browser and device information, cookies, referral source and on-site actions, collected by the web analytics services Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics.

The Controller does not collect special categories of personal data and does not make decisions based solely on automated processing.

3. Why we process it

• To reply to your request, arrange a meeting and discuss possible cooperation.
• To understand how visitors use the website and improve it.

4. Legal basis

Form data is processed on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before sending a request, and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Technical data is processed on the basis of your consent expressed by continuing to use the website with cookies enabled.

5. How we process and store data

Processing includes collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, use and deletion. Form data is kept until the purpose of processing is achieved, but no longer than three years after our last contact, or until you withdraw consent, whichever comes first. The Controller takes appropriate organisational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration and disclosure.

6. Who receives the data

The Controller does not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own purposes. The following services process data on the Controller’s behalf to run the website and handle requests:

• Tilda Publishing — website hosting and form processing;
• Google (Gmail) and Telegram — delivering request notifications to the Controller;
• Yandex LLC (Yandex Metrica) and Google LLC (Google Analytics) — web analytics.

Some of these services may store data on servers outside your country, including outside the Russian Federation and the European Economic Area. By sending a request you agree to such cross-border transfer.

7. Cookies

The website uses cookies for web analytics. You can disable or delete cookies in your browser settings; this will not prevent you from using the website or sending a request.

8. Your rights

You may request information about the processing of your data, ask for it to be corrected, restricted or deleted, object to processing, request a copy of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, email jtonkonogova@gmail.com; the Controller will reply within 10 working days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection supervisory authority.

The Controller may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page.
